Groupe Dynamite Prices IPO at $21 per Subordinate Voting Shares; Shares Expected to Begin Trading Thursday

06:37 AM EST, 11/21/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Groupe Dynamite (GRGD.TO) priced its initial public offering at $21 per subordinate voting share, with trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange expected to begin on Thursday under the ticker "GRGD".

The shareholders selling the 14.3 million shares in the IPO will raise $300 million.

The selling shareholders granted the underwriters an over-allotment option to purchase and sell up to an additional 2.1 million subordinate voting shares at $21 apiece. The over-allotment option is exercisable for 30 days from closing of the offering, which is expected to occur on November 26, subject to customary closing conditions.
