04:12 AM EST, 02/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Grove Collaborative ( GROV ) said late Tuesday that it completed the purchase of "substantially" all of Grab Green's assets, strengthening its position in home cleaning products.

The company said Grab Green is known for its naturally derived cleaning products.

Grab Green co-founders Patricia Spencer and Michael Edell will join Grove in advisory roles, helping oversee the integration and ongoing product development.

Grove did not disclose the financial details of the deal.
