Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacifico Draws $47.7 Million From Loan Facility to Fund World Trade Center Acquisition

03:58 AM EDT, 06/21/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacifico (PAC) said Thursday that it has made a drawdown of 875 million Mexican pesos ($47.7 million) from a credit facility with BBVA Mexico.

Interest will be payable monthly at a variable rate of the 28-day average of Mexico's interbank interest rate plus 20 basis points. The principal payment is due at maturity on June 19, 2025, without fees.

Proceeds from the loan will fund the acquisition of the 51.5% stake in Guadalajara World Trade Center, a deal announced last June 11.
