03:48 AM EDT, 06/12/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacifico (PAC) said late Tuesday it has agreed to acquire a majority stake in Guadalajara World Trade Center for around 875.5 million Mexican pesos ($47 million).

The airport company will acquire a 51.5% stake in the group, which consists of seven firms involved in international cargo services at the free trade zones of Guadalajara and Puebla airports.

The company said the transaction is expected to close no later than June 25.
