06:13 PM EST, 11/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Grupo Aeroportuario del Sureste (ASR) said late Tuesday it has struck a deal to acquire the stake of Motiva Infraestrutura de Mobilidade in Companhia de Participacoes em Concessoes for 5 billion Brazilian reais ($936 million).

Companhia owns equity interests in 20 airports with concessions in Brazil, Ecuador, Costa Rica and Curacao, the firm said. The transaction is expected to close in the first half of 2026.
