05:05 AM EDT, 07/31/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Grupo Aeroportuario del Sureste (ASR) said late Wednesday its ASUR US Commercial Airports subsidiary has agreed to acquire URW Airports for $295 million in enterprise value.

URW Airports manages certain retail concessions at the Los Angeles International Airport, Chicago O'Hare International Airport and John F. Kennedy International Airport.

The company plans to fund the deal using available cash and debt financing from JPMorgan Chase Bank (JPM).

The deal is expected to close in H2, subject to customary conditions.
