Grupo Financiero Galicia Prices Secondary Offering of 11.7 Million ADSs

10:59 AM EDT, 06/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Grupo Financiero Galicia ( GGAL ) said Wednesday its shareholder HSBC Bank has priced a secondary offering of about 11.7 million American depositary shares at $54.25 per ADS.

The shares represent about 117.2 million class B ordinary shares of the company.

All shares in the offering are being sold by HSBC Bank. Grupo Financiero Galicia ( GGAL ) will not receive any proceeds from the offering, which is set to close Thursday.

Shares of the company declined more than 2% in recent trading.

Price: 55.68, Change: -1.65, Percent Change: -2.88
