GSK Sells Remaining Stake in Haleon for $1.58 Billion

07:12 AM EDT, 05/17/2024 (MT Newswires) -- GSK (GSK) said Friday that it has completed the sale of about 385 million ordinary shares in Haleon ( HLN ) for total gross proceeds of about 1.25 billion pounds ($1.58 billion).

The company said it no longer has any shareholding in Haleon ( HLN ).

Price: 44.82, Change: -0.06, Percent Change: -0.13
