12:59 PM EDT, 10/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- GSR III Acquisition ( GSRT ) and Terra Innovatum said Tuesday that GSR shareholders have voted to approve the business combination with Terra at its extraordinary general meeting.

The firms said they expect to close the combination in the coming days. Terra is a developer of micro-modular nuclear reactors.

Upon completion, the combined entity will operate as Terra Innovatum Global, with its shares set to trade on Nasdaq under the "NKLR" ticker, they said.
