10:26 AM EDT, 06/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Guardian Pharmacy Services ( GRDN ) acquired Mountlake Terrace, Washington-based Mercury Pharmacy Services for an undisclosed price to expand in the Pacific Northwest.

Mercury, among the largest providers of long-term care pharmacy services in the Seattle and Tacoma areas, will operate under the same name, and current management and staff will remain, Guardian said Monday in a statement.

This acquisition represents one of Guardian's larger recent single-pharmacy deals, according to the statement.
