Guardian Pharmacy Services Sets $21 per Share Price for 7.5 Million Share Offering
May 26, 2025 1:09 PM

04:01 AM EDT, 05/23/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Guardian Pharmacy Services ( GRDN ) said late Thursday it priced its public offering of 7.5 million Class A shares at $21 each.

The company said the offering, which is expected to close on May 27, comprises 6.1 million shares, which existing stockholders will sell, while the company will issue 1.4 million in a non-dilutive move.

Guardian plans to use proceeds from its portion of the sale to repurchase an equal number of shares from certain stockholders, keeping the total share count unchanged, the company said.

It added that it will not receive any proceeds from the shares sold by existing stockholders.
