Guess? Q4 Adjusted Non-GAAP Earnings Fall, Revenue Rises; New CFO Named

05:06 PM EDT, 04/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Guess? (GES) reported Thursday Q4 adjusted non-GAAP earnings of $1.48 per diluted share, down from $2.01 a year earlier.

Three analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.37.

Net revenue in the three months ended Feb. 1 rose to $932.3 million from $891.1 million a year earlier.

Three analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $907.8 million.

The company expects a fiscal Q1 adjusted non-GAAP EPS loss of $0.65 to $0.74 a share. Two analysts polled by FactSet expect a loss of $0.23

The company projects fiscal 2026 adjusted non-GAAP EPS of $1.32 to $1.76. Three analysts polled by FactSet expect $2.02.

Guess? named Alberto Toni as chief financial officer, effective mid-June. He succeeds interim CFO Dennis Secor, who will continue as executive vice president until Sept. 12.

Toni, 57, is currently the group managing director and CFO of Flos B&B Italia Group, Guess? said Thursday in a regulatory filing.
