Guess? Retains Financial, Legal Advisors to Review Acquisition Proposal

09:25 AM EDT, 04/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Guess? (GES) said Thursday that it has retained Solomon Partners as its financial advisor and Willkie Farr & Gallagher as its legal advisor in connection with an acquisition proposal from WHP Global.

A special committee of the board has been formed to evaluate the non-binding proposal from WHP to acquire the remaining shares of Guess? for $13 per share, the company said.

The proposal does not include the shares held by certain existing shareholders, including Paul Marciano, Maurice Marciano, and Carlos Alberini, the company added.
