Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.46.

Revenue for the quarter ended April 30 was $293.5 million, up from $240.7 million a year earlier.

Analysts expected $286.3 million.

The company expects fiscal Q4 revenue between $332 million and $340 million. Analysts expect $332 million.

For fiscal 2025, the company is now projecting total revenue of $1.18 billion to $1.19 billion, compared with its prior range expecting $1.16 billion to $1.17 billion.

Analysts are looking for $1.17 billion.

Guidewire shares were up over 8% in after-hours activity.
