Guidewire Software Fiscal Q2 Non-GAAP EPS, Revenue Rise; 2025 Outlook Reiterated -- Shares Up Late

04:33 PM EST, 03/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Guidewire Software ( GWRE ) reported fiscal Q2 non-GAAP earnings late Thursday of $0.51 per diluted share, up from $0.46 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.52.

Revenue for the quarter ended Jan. 31 rose to $289.5 million from $240.9 million a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $285.5 million.

The company said it expects fiscal Q3 revenue between $283 million and $289 million. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $279.2 million.

The company reiterated fiscal 2025 revenue between $1.16 billion and $1.17 billion. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $1.16 billion.

Guidewire Software ( GWRE ) shares were up 1% in after-hours activity.
