09:31 AM EDT, 10/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Guidewire Software ( GWRE ) said Tuesday that it has agreed to acquire ProNav Technologies, a management platform intended for property and casualty insurance firms, which conducts business under the name ProNavigator.

Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition is expected to close by Q2 of Guidewire's fiscal year 2026, the company said.

Shares were up 1% in recent early trading.
