05:30 PM EDT, 08/22/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Gulf Resources ( GURE ) said late Thursday it received a noncompliance notice from Nasdaq for not timely filing its report for the quarter ended June 30 on Form 10-Q with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company said it has until Sept. 4 to submit an update to its original plan to regain compliance.

The company also has until Oct. 14 to file its delinquent reports for the year ended Dec. 31, 2023, on Form 10-K and the quarter ended March 31 on Form 10-Q.

Gulf Resources ( GURE ) said it intends to file an updated plan to Nasdaq and will work diligently to file its delayed reports.
