ABU DHABI, Nov 5 (Reuters) - The CEO of Swiss based

commodities trader Gunvor Group said on Wednesday that

U.S. sanctions on Russian oil companies came out of the blue,

but added that if all sanctions disappear, the market will

clearly be oversupplied.

Torbjörn Törnqvist was speaking at ADIPEC energy conference

in Abu Dhabi.
