Gyrodyne to Sell Land Parcel to B2K Smithtown

01:13 PM EDT, 08/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Gyrodyne ( GYRO ) said Monday its GSD Flowerfield subsidiary has struck a deal to sell some 49 acres of land in St. James, New York, to B2K Smithtown for between $24.00 million and $28.74 million.

The firm said it currently estimates its net asset value in liquidation as of June 30 to be about $32.6 million, with an estimated NAV per share of $14.83, an increase of $0.84 a share.
