HA Sustainable Infrastructure Capital Q2 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Decline; Maintains Quarterly Payout

04:21 AM EDT, 08/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- HA Sustainable Infrastructure Capital ( HASI ) reported Q2 adjusted earnings late Thursday of $0.60 per diluted share, down from $0.63 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.63.

Revenue for the quarter that ended June 30 was $85.7 million, down from $94.5 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $91.9 million.

The company reaffirmed that adjusted EPS in 2027 will grow at a compound annual rate of 8% to 10%, relative to the 2023 baseline of $2.23 per share, which is equivalent to a midpoint of $3.15 per share in 2027. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $3.17.

The company expects its distributions of annual dividends per share to decline to between 55% and 60% of annual adjusted EPS by 2027.

The company said its board approved an unchanged quarterly cash dividend of $0.42 per share, payable Oct. 17 to stockholders of record as of Oct. 3.
