09:06 AM EDT, 07/03/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Hagerty ( HGTY ) said Wednesday that about 5 million public warrants, or about 87.3% of those outstanding, around 1.6 million private placement warrants, or about 98.4% of the total, and about 11.9 million PIPE warrants, or 97.6% of the total, were validly tendered before the expiration of its recent exchange offer.

Hagerty ( HGTY ) said it expects to settle the exchange of such warrants, each for 0.2 shares of the company's class A common stock, by Friday.

Hagerty ( HGTY ) shares were nearly 5% lower in recent premarket trading.
