Hagerty Swings to Q4 Profit, Revenue Increases; Sets 2025 Revenue Guidance

07:35 AM EST, 03/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Hagerty ( HGTY ) reported Q4 adjusted earnings Tuesday of $0.02 per share, swinging from a loss of $0.01 a year earlier.

Two analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $0.01.

Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $291.7 million, up from $245 million a year earlier.

The company said it expects full-year 2025 revenue to be between $1.34 billion and $1.36 billion.
