Hain Celestial Explores Strategic Options for Personal Care Business

08:18 AM EST, 02/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Hain Celestial Group ( HAIN ) said Monday it is exploring strategic options for its personal care business as it shifts focus to its better-for-you food and beverages portfolio.

The company reported a 38% year-over-year decline in organic net sales for its personal care business for its fiscal Q2 ended Dec. 31.

HAIN shares were 7% lower in recent premarket activity.
