Hain Celestial Must Face Claims of Arsenic, Lead in Some Products, US Federal Judge Rules

01:23 PM EST, 12/30/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Hain Celestial Group ( HAIN ) must face claims within a class action suit alleging that some of the company's products contained dangerous amounts of lead and arsenic as well as other toxins and contaminants, US Federal Judge Nina Morrison ruled Friday in federal court in New York.

Hain did not immediately reply to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
