Hain Celestial Names Alison E. Lewis Interim President, CEO Following Departure of Wendy P. Davidson

09:49 AM EDT, 05/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Hain Celestial ( HAIN ) said Wednesday it has named Alison E. Lewis, a member of its board, interim president and chief executive following the departure of Wendy P. Davidson, who left the company Tuesday.

Meanwhile, the company said its board is executing its leadership succession plan to identify a new CEO.

Hain also said the board is conducting a comprehensive review to consider a broad range of strategic options to enhance value.

Hain shares were falling 50% in recent Wednesday trading.
