Haliburton Says Repsol Chooses it to Provide Well Lifecycle Services in North Sea

11:02 AM EDT, 06/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Halliburton ( HAL ) said Monday it has been selected by Repsol Resources to to support the full lifecycle of the Spanish energy company's platform assets in the North Sea.

Financial terms of the new contract weren't disclosed.

Halliburton ( HAL ) said it will provide subsurface technology, drilling and completion services, along with digital solutions, for major new developments throughout the region by Repsol, and will deliver a rig-less intervention framework as well as optimizing well construction and production and providing well plugging and abandonment services for Repsol throughout the North Sea region.

Halliburton ( HAL ) shares were nearly 2% higher in recent Monday trading.
