Halliburton Q3 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Fall; Shares Up Pre-Bell

06:57 AM EDT, 10/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Halliburton ( HAL ) reported Q3 adjusted earnings Tuesday of $0.58 per diluted share, down from $0.73 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.50.

Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $5.60 billion, compared with $5.7 billion a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $5.39 billion.

The company's shares were up 1.7% in recent premarket activity.
