10:24 AM EDT, 03/19/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Hamilton Lane ( HLNE ) partnered with CenterSquare Investment Management to recapitalize the Tenaya Village retail shopping center in suburban Las Vegas, the companies said Thursday.

The private markets investment firm has become the majority investor in the roughly 50,000-square-foot property, while CenterSquare retained a minority interest.
