11:02 AM EDT, 06/26/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Hamilton Lane ( HLNE ) said Wednesday it has formed a partnership with Daphne Technologies to support the digitization of its private markets fundraising platform.

Under the collaboration, Daphne has integrated with Hamilton Lane's ( HLNE ) proprietary private markets platform, Cobalt, enabling alternative asset mangers to directly transmit fund data.

Hamilton Lane ( HLNE ) said it would also make an investment in Daphne, alongside existing investors Apollo Global Management ( APO ) and Motive Partners.

Financial details were not disclosed.
