Hamilton Lane Funds Acquire 'Significant' Stake in Cosette Pharmaceuticals From Avista Capital Partners

07:37 AM EDT, 07/17/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Hamilton Lane ( HLNE ) and Avista Capital Partners said Wednesday that funds managed by Hamilton Lane ( HLNE ) have acquired a "significant" equity interest in specialty pharmaceutical firm Cosette Pharmaceuticals from Avista and its co-investors.

The companies said Avista and these funds will jointly control Cosette following the deal.
