10:21 AM EST, 11/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Hamilton Lane ( HLNE ) will manage The Guardian Life Insurance Co. of America's private equity portfolio of nearly $5 billion in a long-term strategic partnership, the companies said Monday.

Guardian will also invest about $500 million annually in private equity for the next 10 years through Hamilton Lane ( HLNE ), they said, adding that Guardian will receive equity warrants and financial incentives as part of the deal.

The transaction is expected to close at the end of Q4.
