08:26 AM EDT, 03/17/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Hamilton Lane ( HLNE ) said Tuesday it made a strategic investment in on-chain investment platform Republic to expand retail access to private market funds.

The investment will allow the platform to expand its tokenization and on-chain infrastructure, as well as support development in product design, distribution and investor education, the company said.

Financial terms were not disclosed

Shares of the company were up 1.8% in Tuesday premarket activity.
