11:27 AM EST, 03/06/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Hammond Power Solutions Inc. (HPS-A.TO) said Wednesday that its board has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per Class A Subordinate voting share and a quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per Class B common share.

The dividend is payable on March 28 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 21.

Hammond Power Solutions enables electrification through its range of dry-type transformers, power quality products and related magnetics.

The company's stock was up 0.2% on last look on Wednesday.
