04:33 PM EDT, 08/23/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Hanryu ( HRYU ) said late Friday it received a noncompliance notice from Nasdaq for not timely filing its report for the quarter ended June 30 on Form 10-Q with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company said it intends to file an updated plan to regain compliance by Sept. 4.

Hanryu ( HRYU ) filed its 2023 annual report on Form 10-K late on July 16 and has a maximum of 180 days, or until Oct. 14, to regain compliance.
