10:09 AM EDT, 05/03/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Happy Belly Food Group ( VGANF ) said Friday that it tapped Gary Fung to serve as chief financial officer.

Fung, who was serving the company as senior vice president of finance, previously was Tim Hortons' head of development finance, analytics, and franchise profitability.

The company's stock gained 1.3% on last look on Friday in Canada.
