Happy City Files for IPO of 1 Million Shares, Expected Range of $5 to $7

01:57 PM EDT, 03/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Happy City filed a registration statement with the US Securities and Exchange Commission on Monday for an initial public offering of 1 million ordinary shares.

The company expects to price the IPO within a range of $5 to $7 per share and will list its shares on the Nasdaq under the "HCHL" ticker.

Happy City said that it plans to use half of the proceeds from the IPO for business expansion in Hong Kong and Southeast Asia region and the remaining for working capital and other general corporate purposes.
