Harley-Davidson Confirms CEO Search Process as Jochen Zeitz Intends to Retire in 2025

08:04 AM EDT, 04/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Harley-Davidson ( HOG ) said Tuesday it has begun a chief executive officer search process in Q4 2024 following Jochen Zeitz's decision to retire this year.

Harley-Davidson ( HOG ) has retained an executive search firm to lead the effort.

Zeitz, who has led the motorcycle manufacturer for five years, will continue to serve as CEO until a successor is appointed, the company said.

Harley-Davidson ( HOG ) shares were up over 2% in recent premarket activity.
