06:55 AM EST, 11/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Harley-Davidson's ( HOG ) Harley-Davidson Financial Services unit said Monday that $437.1 million of its 6.5% medium-term notes due 2028 and $355.1 million of its 5.95% medium-term notes due 2029 were validly tendered and not validly withdrawn by Friday.

The total principal amount outstanding was $700 million of the 2028 notes and $500 million of the 2029 notes under a Nov. 17 tender offer, the company said.
