11:47 AM EDT, 06/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Harte-Hanks ( HHS ) said Monday that it acquired an exclusive license to ADS Data Direct's medical ailment database, with limited client exceptions.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

ADS's data asset gives access to triple opt-in consumers who have self-identified as living with specific health conditions across more than 200 ailment categories.

Harte-Hanks' ( HHS ) shares were up 5.7% in recent trading.
