Hasbro Names Frank Gibeau, Darin Harris, Owen Mahoney to Board

09:07 AM EDT, 03/25/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Hasbro ( HAS ) said Monday it has named Frank Gibeau, Darin Harris, and Owen Mahoney to its Board of Directors.

The company also said that board members Tracy Leinbach, Linda Zecher Higgins, and Michael Burns will retire at Hasbro's ( HAS ) annual meeting, after which the board will consist of 11 members.

Alan Hassenfeld will also step down as Emeritus Chairman after the meeting but will remain engaged in guiding the company, Hasbro ( HAS ) said.
