04:36 PM EDT, 07/15/2024 (MT Newswires) -- HashiCorp ( HCP ) said late Monday its shareholders have voted to approve the previously announced $6.4 billion acquisition by International Business Machines ( IBM ) at a meeting based on preliminary voting results.

The deal is expected to close by the end of this year, subject to regulatory approvals and other closing conditions, HashiCorp ( HCP ) said.
