HashiCorp Swings to Fiscal Q4 Non-GAAP Earnings, Revenue Rises; Q1, FY 2025 Guidance Set; Shares Gain After Hours

04:46 PM EST, 03/05/2024 (MT Newswires) -- HashiCorp ( HCP ) reported fiscal Q4 non-GAAP earnings late Tuesday of $0.05 per diluted share, compared with a loss of $0.07 a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected EPS of $0.01.

Revenue in the quarter ended Jan. 31 rose to $155.8 million from $135.8 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $149.3 million.

The company said it expects a fiscal Q1 non-GAAP loss of $0.02 a share to a breakeven result on revenue of $152 million to $154 million. Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expect EPS of $0.01 on revenue of $153 million.

HashiCorp ( HCP ) expects fiscal year 2025 non-GAAP EPS of $0.05 to $0.07 on revenue of $643 million to $647 million. Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expect EPS of $0.14 on revenue of $655.7 million.

The company's board approved a repurchase program for up to $250 million of class A common stock.

Shares of the company rose 4.3% in after-hours trading.
