Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $0.20.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 29 was $284.4 million, compared with $283.5 million a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $284.4 million.

The company also lowered the top end of its net sales guidance for fiscal year 2024 to a range of $1.01 billion to $1.04 billion from previous guidance of $1.01 billion to $1.06 billion. Analysts polled by Capital IQ expect $1.03 billion.

Shares of Hayward were up nearly 4% in recent premarket activity.
