04:22 PM EST, 01/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- H.B. Fuller Company ( FUL ) late Wednesday reported fiscal Q4 adjusted diluted earnings of $0.92 per share, down from $1.32 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.00.

Net revenue for the quarter ended Nov. 30 was $923.3 million, up from $902.9 million a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $916.8 million.

The company said it expects fiscal 2025 adjusted EPS of $3.90 to $4.20. Analysts expect $4.22.

The stock was down over 3% in extended trading.
