09:58 AM EDT, 10/21/2024 (MT Newswires) -- H.B. Fuller ( FUL ) said Monday Teresa Rasmussen has been named chair of the board following the retirement of Lee Mitau, effective Jan. 22, 2025.

Rasmussen, who joined H.B. Fuller's ( FUL ) board in 2020, is president and chief executive officer of Thrivent, H.B. Fuller ( FUL ) said.
