05:56 PM EDT, 05/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Jon M Foster, Executive Vice President and COO, on May 13, 2025, sold 15,698 shares in Hca Healthcare ( HCA ) for $5,797,661. Following the Form 4 filing with the SEC, Foster has control over a total of 32,631 common shares of the company, with 12,646 shares held directly and 19,985 controlled indirectly.
