09:45 AM EDT, 03/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- HCI Group ( HCI ) said Friday that Berkshire Hathaway's ( BRK/A ) (BRK.A, BRB.B) wholly-owned subsidiary Geico has entered into a multiyear lease deal to fully occupy a three-building office campus in Tampa, Florida.

The Tampa campus, which was acquired by HCI's real estate division Greenleaf Capital in 2023, is now fully leased with a new tenant secured, HCI said.
