09:21 AM EDT, 04/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- H&E Equipment Services ( HEES ) said Thursday it has agreed to acquire Lewistown Rental, a Montana-based equipment rental business and three of its affiliated rental operations in the state.

Financial terms of the deal, which is expected to close in Q2, were not disclosed

H&E said Lewistown Rental and its affiliates have a total estimated fleet value of $28.5 million, as measured by original equipment costs.

Following the acquisition, H&E said it will have equipment rental operations at 145 locations in 30 states.
