05:00 PM EDT, 08/26/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Healthcare Realty Trust ( HR ) said Monday it added another $118 million of properties to its joint venture with KKR (KKR).

The value of the joint venture is getting close to $500 million.

Healthcare Realty ( HR ) previously said has asset sales and JV transactions under contract that will increase proceeds to over $1 billion. Most of these transactions are expected to complete in Q3.
