07:20 AM EDT, 04/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Healthcare Realty Trust ( HR ) said Monday it has appointed Peter Scott as chief executive and president, effective April 15.

Connie Moore will transition out of the interim president and CEO role and continue to serve on the company's board.

Separately, Healthpeak Properties ( DOC ) said Monday that Scott has resigned as chief financial officer to assume the CEO role at Healthcare Realty Trust ( HR ).
